Introduced in United Kingdom by Sunningdale Nursery in circa 1958 as '"Ley's Perpetual"'.

Bloom:
Light yellow, ages to buff .  Orbicular foliage.  Tea fragrance.  Average diameter 4.25".  Large, full (26-40 petals), cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Climbing.  
Height of 11' to 15' (335 to 455 cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
