Bred by Eugene S. Boerner (United States, before 1954).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1959 as 'White Bouquet'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
White.  Moderate, spice, tea fragrance.  45 petals.  Average diameter 4.5".  Large, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Medium, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Large, glossy, dark green foliage.  5 to 7 leaflets.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
