Dark red.  Moderate fragrance.  Medium to large, single (4-8 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, flat to cupped bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, upright.  Large, dark green foliage.  
Height of up to 6' 7" (up to 200 cm).  Width of up to 4' (up to 120 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b and warmer.  Hardy.  vigorous.
