Origin:
Bred by Samuel Davidson McGredy III (United Kingdom, before 1930).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1933 as 'Portadown Glory'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Lemon-yellow, darker center.  Moderate, tea fragrance.  Very large, full (26-40 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright, well-branched.  Reddish-purple foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
