Origin:
Bred by Joseph Pernet-Ducher (France, 1918).
Introduced in Australia by H. Kemp in 1920 as 'Élégante'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow to amber, ages to cream .  Moderate fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), globular bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  
Habit:
Lax, well-branched.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
