Registration name: Arthur R. Goodwin
Origin:
Discovered by Joseph Pernet-Ducher (France, 1909).
Class:
Hybrid Tea, Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Orange-red, copper shading, ages to salmon-pink. Pinkish orange .  Mild fragrance.  Medium, semi-double to double bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, well-branched.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot .  
Notes:
Parentage: Either from (1) an unnamed seedling x 'Soleil d'Or' or (2) a sport of 'Soleil d'Or'. Refer references.
