Discovered by Meyer (South Africa, 1961).
Introduced in Australia by Roy H. Rumsey Pty. Ltd. in 1964 as 'Anvil Sparks'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Coral-red, yellow stripes, stripes.  Strong fragrance.  Cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Height of 39" (100 cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 9b.  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to disease, susceptible to blackspot .  Requires good cultivation if it is to perform its best.  Resist the urge to prune this rose too heavily -- it doesn't like it!.
