Origin:
Bred by Rudolf Geschwind (1829-1910) (Austria-Hungary (former), 1890).
Introduced in Luxembourg by Ketten Frères/Bros./Gebrüder in 1891 as 'Chloris'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Crimson, light purple shading.  Strong fragrance.  Very large, very double bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 39" (100cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
