Exhibition name: MACspice
Origin:
Bred by Samuel Darragh (1932-2019) McGredy IV (1975).
Introduced in New Zealand by McGredy Roses International (New Zealand) as 'MACspice'.
Class:
Floribunda, Miniature.  
Bloom:
Mauve or purple blend.  Mild fragrance.  Small, semi-double (9-16 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Spreading.  Small, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 5' (up to 150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Notes:
The blooms are carried in unusual long, narrow sprays, like a delphinium.
