Rosiers hybrides remontants.
Abel Grand (Damaisin, de Lyon). — Arbuste vigoureux; fleurs pleines, rose argenté satiné très-frais de ton. Variété franchement remontante.

Despite being shown at Sangerhausen, and listed by Modern Roses, as 'Abel Grant', the original name seems to have been 'Abel Grand'.

Yes. The two 1877, the 1893 and the 1906 refs.

Abel Grand was mistakenly change to an alternate, incorrect spelling when it looks like Abel Grant is incorrect even though that's the name used in commerce now. Thanks for the note.
