Medium yellow Hybrid Tea.
Registration name: COCagold
Origin:
Bred by Anne G. Cocker (1920-2014) (Scotland, 1981).
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Yellow.  Mild, tea fragrance.  29 to 30 petals.  Large, double (17-25 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to Mildew.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .  Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).

The Peter Beales Collection of Classic Roses 2000-2001 says Golden Jubilee has clear bright yellow flowers heavily flushed red.
