A smaller spray from a newly budded plant in a 2 gall. pot.
Mauve colour varies from darker to lighter depending on weather & growing conditions, whether in the ground or in containers. This spray is about medium colour. |
This Tree rose I budded at 40 inches, and when mature three years later, the top sprays are now 110 inches from the ground. Most sprays have bloomed and have been cut off. |
A single, disbudded bloom. Blooms go darker with sunshine. |
When disbudded this rose will produce a very good "Single Floribunda" high centre specimen bloom for exhibition. |
Three single disbudded blooms at three different stages.
These were cut off and arranged in a vase |

This rose is a sister seedling of my mini ‘Rubies’n’Pearls’. It is not yet on my web site’s “Rose Info” page. It produces high centre blooms as you can see in this photo. On mature plants it produces sprays of from 25 to 40 blooms.

Right after I photographed the whole tree rose I cut the upper sprays off to take a close up photo.
These are two from the upper 3 sprays. Blooms had several days of sunny & hot weather and changed to a much darker mauve.
This photo taken in cloudy weather. Without sun the colour is a much lighter mauve. |
MANpurpearl is my registered code name for this Floribunda. A section of a large spray. I will give it a so called “Fancy Name” before this rose is introduced. |
