Scarlet - crimson.  Semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, open bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short.  Dense foliage.  

Height: up to 16" (up to 40cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
