Bred by Samuel Darragh (1932-2019) McGredy IV (1966).
Introduced in Australia by Langbecker in 1973 as 'Sun Rose'.
Introduced in New Zealand by Avenue Roses/Avenue Nurseries (Levin) Ltd. in 1974 as 'Sun Rose'.

Floribunda.  

Orange-pink, lighter reverse.  Salmon-pink. Salmon-vermilion. Apricot pink.  Mild fragrance.  15 to 18 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Semi-double (9-16 petals), in small clusters, flat, ruffled bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Compact, spreading, upright.  Small, medium green foliage.  

Height: 35" to 43" (90 to 110cm).  

USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
