Discovered by Gerrit De Ruiter (Netherlands, before 1957).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Blaby Rose Gardens in 1957 as 'Orange Special'.

Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange - scarlet.  30 to 35 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, full (26-40 petals), in large clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
