Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow.  Moderate fragrance.  30 to 40 petals.  Large, full (26-40 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright, well-branched.  Dark green foliage.

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
