Origin:
Bred by James Colvill (United Kingdom, circa 1806).
Class:
China / Bengale, Lawranceana.  
Bloom:
Light pink.  Average diameter 1".  Small, semi-double to double, borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short.  Small, dark green foliage.  
Height of up to 1' (up to 30 cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
All the Fairy roses present the same problem: whether they are selections of a species or seedlings of a cultivar. Lumpers will place them all together as cultivars of Rosa chinensis var. minima, while splitters will list them separately, in single quotes, awaiting genetic evidence of their relationships to one another.
