Introduced in Australia by Henry Sewell, Payneham Nurseries in 1906 as 'Instituteur Sirdey'.

Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Golden-yellow.  Very large, very double, scalloped bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Short, well-branched.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
