Light pink.  Strong, old rose fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Height of 4' to 6' (120 to 185 cm).  Width of 3' to 5' (90 to 150 cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Mike Lowe of Lowe's Roses says the flowers of this rose are silvery pink and resemble a very double peony...

According to The Old Rose Advisor, by Brent Dickerson, there are a number of roses with this name and some confusion in the references about them.
