Bred by F. Harmon Saville (1924-1997) (United States, before 1998).
Introduced in United States by Nor' East Miniature Roses in 2000 as 'Gala'.

Bloom:
Deep pink.  None / no fragrance.  17 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Double (17-25 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Spreading, upright.  

Height: 15" to 20" (40 to 50cm).  Width: 15" to 20" (40 to 50cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 10b.  Drought resistant.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
