Origin:
Bred by Domenico Aicardi (1878-1964) (Italy, 1937).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1940 as 'Eterna Giovinezza'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink, salmon-orange shading.  Strong fragrance.  50 petals.  Average diameter 4.75".  Very large, very full (41+ petals), cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Leathery foliage.  

Height: up to 5'11" (up to 180cm).  Width: up to 32" (up to 80cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Vigorous.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
