These blooms of 'Etoile de Lyon' were cut three days ago and allowed to open indoors. When first cut, they were more cream than yellow in colour, with shadows of apricot and buff. Autumn, Perth, Western Australia.

'Etoile de Lyon', Autumn, Perth, Western Australia. The bunch on the left had just been picked. The ones on the right had been picked three days earlier and allowed to open (and become yellow), indoors.
