Light pink, white edges, pink undertones.  Medium to large, semi-double to double bloom form.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for garden or pillar.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
According to Trevor Griffiths, in A Celebration of Old Roses, p. 47, there are three roses with this name -- one centifolia, one china, and this one.
Hardy lists two distinct albas, 'Belle Elisa' and 'Belle Elise'. None of them are indicated as his own cultivar. We have combined the lsitings as it is not possible to distinguish them.
