Origin:
Bred by E. Gurney Hill Co. (United States, 1902).
Introduced in Australia by Henry Sewell, Payneham Nurseries in 1905 as 'Mark Twain'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light pink, deep pink shading.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
