Discovered by J. Aldous (United States, 1928).
Bloom:
Mauve - pink. Strong fragrance. Very large, full (26-40 petals), globular bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Large, rounded buds.
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns, upright.
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
