Introduced in India by Laveena Roses in 1976 as 'Chingari'.

Bloom:
Yellow, ages to red .  Aureolin, ages to currant-red.  Mild fragrance.  17 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, semi-double to double, open bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, compact.  Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
