Origin:
Bred by Dr. B.P. Pal (India, before 1965).
Introduced in India by Indian Agricultural Research Institute IARI in 1965 as 'Delhi Rosette'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange - scarlet.  28 petals.  Medium, very double, open bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Compact.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
