Introduced in India by Indian Agricultural Research Institute IARI in 1963 as 'Delhi Sherbet'.

Rose-pink.  Strong fragrance.  Medium, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, compact.  Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
