Introduced in United States by Jackson & Perkins Co. in 1962 as 'Sonora'.
Introduced in Australia by East Malvern "Idaho" Nurseries in 1966 as 'Sonora'.
Introduced in France by Vilmorin-Andrieux in 1967 as 'Sonora'.

Bloom:

Buff - yellow, pink shading. Moderate fragrance. 30 petals. Average diameter 3.75". Medium to large, full (26-40 petals), cupped bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Ovoid buds.

Habit:

Upright. Leathery foliage.

Height: 20" to 28" (50 to 70cm).
