Green Ice we include here as some pure whites have a greeny look about them. This particular cultivar is most unusual in that it turns a pale green quite consistently as soon as the flower is approaching the fully open stage, and it remains this colour until it falls.

Green Ice White Miniature by Ralph S. Moore; introduced by Sequoia Nursery. Parentage is (Rosa wichuraiana x 'Floradora') x 'Jet Trail'. The buds are small, opening white and gradually becoming a soft green color. When grown in partial shade, the green coloring of the blooms is more pronounced. The blooms are small, full, double and a borne several together on medium stems, with very little fragrance. This bushy plant is clothed with an abundant amount of normal green, glossy, medium-sized, disease-resistant foliage, which grows to 12 inches.
