Fryer's description is accurate for me. This is a pretty good rose. I especially appreciate that an orange rose can be fragrant as well as not gaudy all at once.

The only negative to this rose is that it really borders on being floribunda. It is like Kanegem, Amber Queen, French Lace, Intrigue or Toprose in that it has near-hybrid tea sized blooms on a floribunda plant. However, one stem with a few flowers on it fits well in a vase.
