Origin:
Bred by F. Harmon Saville (1924-1997) (United States, 1983).
Introduced in United States by Nor' East Miniature Roses in 1983 as 'High Spirits'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Red.  Mild fragrance.  26 to 40 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, double (17-25 petals), classic hybrid tea bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 1' to 18" (30 to 45cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
