very big bloom in a fantastic but difficult to combine color. very strong, very upright growth. very intense scent, a bit on the sweet side .never needed spraying.

I think Caprice is the best rose in my garden. Puts up with any conditions: heat, burning sun, rain, cold, etc.. Has a very long flowering season. Loads of blooms, all perfectly formed. A little black spot at the end of the season, but that doesn't seem to bother it. Excellent as a cut flower, highly scented, long stems with very few thorns (the stems grow very quickly), one bloom per stem, repeat flowering all season. Perfect!

Not blackspot free, but the scent is very powerful, upright shrub, good repeat, with some die back in the winter. I am in Zone 10b.

Blooms borne practically always solitary, with long stems. Excellent in a vase, as a cut flower.
