Bred by François-Georges-Léon Bruant (France, before 1899).
Class:
Hybrid Noisette, Noisette.  
Bloom:
White or cream, light pink edges.  Pearly white with yellowish white at the base, edges flesh pink.  Strong fragrance.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Tall, climbing.  Dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Very vigorous.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Prune lightly or not at all.  Resist the urge to prune this rose too heavily -- it doesn't like it!.

'Park's Yellow (in commerce)' could be 'Fée Opale'. The almost simultaneous flowering with 'Fortune's Double Yellow', the very similar foliage, the vigorous growth as described in early descriptions of 'Fée Opale', underline this identification.
