Bred by Mathias Tantau (1882 - 1953) (Germany, 1937).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1939 as 'Erato'.

Bloom:
White or white blend.  Mild fragrance.  Small to medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.
