Shrub. English Rose Collection.
Red. Strong, old rose fragrance. Average diameter 4.25". Large, very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, quartered bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Medium, bushy. Medium, matte, medium green foliage.
Height of 41" to 4' (105 to 120 cm). Width of 3' (90 cm).
USDA zone 5b through 9b. Can be used for cut flower or garden. Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant. Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom. Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
