Hmm, based on the photos, the color pattern and form instantly reminded me of Quaker Star, except in orange tones. The foliage looks miniature-esque.

Quake Star is an interesting rose, if anyone ever sees it available. It is a short grandiflora, with these coral and silver blooms that look and feel like plastic. The plant looks plastic, too. Very straight, and it gets minor blackspot, but easy to grow.
