Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Apricot or apricot blend.  Average diameter 7".  Exhibition bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 3' to 5' (90 to 150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Notes:
Sheldon's Honey is no longer in existence. John Sheldon's photograph of it is all that remains of this wonderful rose. He writes: 'Sheldon's Honey' was never registered or sent to a nursery for field testing before it was killed. I was lucky to have this picture in my camera. It was a Hybrid Tea with flowers 7" across, tall straight canes 3-5' long, absolutely breathtaking color (you tell me what color it is), and consistently exhibition form! This was just one of many that was lost, I feel very lucky to a least have this picture.
