p27.  Roy and Heather Rumsey, NSW.  New Roses.
Kabuki HT. (Meilland).  First let us say this is a very good growing plant with very handsome large foliage. It flowers well; however we cannot but be a little disappointed with the form, as we so desperately need a good yellow of good form. This would be rated as a good garden yellow, and is most welcome. It fades, but so do most others, so this can hardly be considered a fault. [('Monte Carlo' x 'Bettina') x ('Mme. A. Meilland' x 'Soraya')].

p163.  Mr. D. Ross, of Bedford Park, South Australia. The New Ones.
Mr. Ross has been growing the following cultivars under trial for three years. They will be released for sale in June, 1969.
Kabuki produces deepish yellow scented blooms with almost the freedom of a Floribunda on a vigorous, sturdy plant.
