Peter Beales Roses  launched a rose in aid of the Anthony Nolan Trust. 'Anthony' (shown right) is a shrub rose with strong healthy foliage and soft pink and heavily scented blooms. A versatile plant suitable for borders, containers or for mass bedding, its flowers are produced in abundance. During 2002  Peter Beales Roses will donate £2 from each rose sold, to the Anthony Nolan Trust. The charity, the largest independent donor register in the world, exists to save the lives of leukaemia sufferers and others in need of a bone marrow transplant by recruiting and matching potential bone marrow donors.
