Please could someone let me know if this rose is different to 'Red Smiths Parish' Bermuda. Thanks

I'd like to know this as well. From the photos here on HMF, it appears to me to be completely identical to 'Red Smith's Parish', which for us is more often pink than truly red.

There does not appear to be any gardeners growing both roses.
The only nursery that lists both roses is Angel Gardens in Florida.
Perhaps they could contribute.

As I recall, the specimen at the Heritage garden had sweet scented flowers.
Also, the changing color was one of the distinctive qualities.
