Bred by Joseph Sauvageot (France, 1935).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1937 as 'Madame Hélène Parmentier'.

Pernetiana.  
Bloom:
Orange-red, orange shading, golden-yellow reverse, ages to salmon-pink .  Mild fragrance.  Large, semi-double (9-16 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, well-branched.  Glossy foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
