Bred by Peter Ping Lim :林 彬 (United States, before 2005).
Introduced in United States by Bailey Nurseries in 2007 as 'Fiesta'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Pink blend.  Dark pink and white stripes.  None to mild fragrance.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small to medium, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 9b.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Hardy.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, blackspot resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
