Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1903 as 'Madame Louis Poncet'.

Orange-red, ages to copper .   (rouge capucin, passant au rose cuivré).  Moderate fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  
Habit:
Bushy.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Vigorous.
