Discovered by Hans Jürgen Evers (1940-2007) (Germany, 1996).
Introduced in Germany by Rosen-Tantau/Tantau Roses in 1999 as 'Joyful Jubilee'.
Introduced in United States by Northwest Horticulture in 2005 as 'Joyful Jubilee'.
Class:
Floribunda, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Deep pink.  Magenta-pink.  None / no fragrance.  Large, double (17-25 petals), very double, cluster-flowered, rosette bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Small, medium, glossy, medium green, dark green foliage.  

Height: 20" to 2' (50 to 60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for ground cover.
