Bloom:
Red.  None to mild fragrance.  Full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, old-fashioned bloom form.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  
Height of 16" to 2' (40 to 60 cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders or container rose.
