Discovered by Walter Schowalter (Canada, circa 1966).
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
White.  5 to 15 petals.  Semi-double (9-16 petals) bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 2b and warmer.  Very hardy.  
Breeder's notes:
Found by Walter Schowalter on dry hillside 2 miles S.E. of Hayter. [Alberta - Canada]. In wild usually below 15 cm, under cultivation up to 30 cm. No plants available for description. buds white with pink stripes, opening pure white. Petals up to 15. Twice blooming.
