Found Rose, Gallica / Provins.  
Bloom:
Light pink.  Strong, spice fragrance.  Large, very full (41+ petals), cupped-to-flat, quartered bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  Rounded buds.  
Habit:
Short, few or no prickles/thorns.  5 leaflets.  

Height: up to 4'11" (up to 150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Found rose, different than 'Belle Isis' in commerce. similar to 'Aimable Amie' and 'Belle sans Flatterie'.
