Origin:
Bred by Peter Ping Lim :林 彬 (United States, before 2006).
Introduced in United States by Bailey Nurseries in 2008 as 'Forty Heroes'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Deep yellow.  Strong, fruity fragrance.  Average diameter 4".  Double (17-25 petals), classic hybrid tea bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  Medium green foliage.  

Height: 3' to 4' (90 to 120cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 9b.  Can be used for garden.  Hardy.  Disease susceptibility: very blackspot resistant., very mildew resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Notes:
This rose was named for the passengers on Flight 93 who lost their lives on September 11, 2001 in a field in Shanksville, Pa. "Remember Me" Rose Gardens will be building 3 rose gardens near where the planes crashed that day and each garden will have one rose bush for each victim that day....nearly 3000 roses in each garden. They have been introducing roses every year named for different victim groups.
