Introduced in Australia by Hawter’s Nurseries in 1909 as 'Madame de Moidrey'.

Bloom:
Carmine-pink, carmine-red center, salmon-yellow reverse.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
